You can assign ( Delegate to ) other contacts to your Reminder by clicking on "INVITE" in reminder dialogue, then click on (+) button on the top-right corner of the dialogue.

Its not using the Simpliday Email, but its working through it . so it works exactly as the calendar invitation - when a person is invited to a meeting as meeting participant.

You can also add invitees to your Reminder by using the "Recent" menu in the bottom of the screen, open the Reminder dialogue, you will notice a small box in the bottom called " RECENT", click on it, all your recent invitees, locations, and shared web pages would be there, you can drag and drop the invitee you want into the reminder box, press save, and your invitation will be sent.

If you have not added any invites, locations or web pages to any event, the "RECENT" menu will be empty.

Please review the EULA carefully before registration, installation and/or acceptance.

    1. SIMPLIDAY’s User Terms and Privacy Policy apply to any personal information that the User submits to SIMPLIDAY when registering, installing or otherwise using the Application.
    2. The User Terms and Privacy Policy can be downloaded and viewed following the link: http://simpliday.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/simpliday_User_Terms_and_Privacy_Policy_2015.02.20_v1.0.pdf
  3. Use of the Application

    1. The Application is licensed, not sold, to the User.
    2. SIMPLIDAY holds all rights to the Application and no rights are transferred or licensed to the User other than the limited right to use the Application in accordance with this EULA.
    3. This license granted to the User for the Application by SIMPLIDAY is limited to a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application on a device that is owned or controlled by the User.
    4. The User may not distribute or make the Application available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
    5. The User may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer, redistribute, or sublicense the Application and, if the User sells or otherwise transfers ownership and control of the device containing the Application to a third party, he or she must remove the Application from the device before doing so.
    6. The User may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Application, any updates, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent that any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of any open- sourced components included with the Application). Use of the Application is, therefore, at the User’s own risk.
  6. Third-Party Services

    1. The User’s access to the Application may be dependent on third-party services (such as internet and mobile telephony services). SIMPLIDAY is not responsible for such services and the User is solely responsible for the payment of them.
    2. The Application may contain links to other websites or services. SIMPLIDAY is not responsible for the content of such websites or services or for goods or services offered on or in connection with such websites or services.

  8. Termination and Suspension of the registered account

    1. The User and SIMPLIDAY, respectively, may at any time at their discretion, terminate the User’s account with the Application. If the account is terminated, the content of the account is deleted. Upon termination, the User shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies, full or partial, of the Application.
    2. If SIMPLIDAY becomes aware that the User is using the Application in violation of this EULA, the User Terms and Privacy Policy, or in violation of any applicable law or good practice, SIMPLIDAY may suspend the User from the Application and terminate the User’s account coupled with the Application. SIMPLIDAY may also terminate a User’s account if the account has not been used for one year. The provisions of this clause do not limit SIMPLIDAY’s right under Section 8.1 to terminate the Application at any time at its discretion.
  9. Termination and Amendment of the Application

    1. SIMPLIDAY may, at any time, without notice, terminate the provision of the Application in whole or in part, or make additions to and changes in the Application.
    2. This EULA will govern any upgrades provided by SIMPLIDAY that replace and/or supplement the original Application, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern.
  10. Transfer of the Application

    1. SIMPLIDAY may fully or partially transfer the Application to another company. All rights and obligations between the User and SIMPLIDAY will then apply between the User and the company that takes over the Application.
  11. Additions and Changes

    1. SIMPLIDAY is entitled to make additions or changes to this EULA. SIMPLIDAY shall notify the User via the Application or on the website of the Application www.simpliday.com (the “Website”) within reasonable time before an addition or amendment is implemented. Notification need not occur if the addition or change is of limited importance or incidental to statutory regulation or decisions by governmental authorities.
    2. Any new version of this EULA is valid from the date specified in the new version and becomes enforceable against the User when he or she, after such point in time, is using the Application or otherwise approve the updated EULA.
    3. The EULA in force at any time is available in the Application and/or on the Website. The User is encouraged to regularly check for any changes and amendments to this EULA.
  12. Applicable Law and Disputes

    1. This EULA, as well as the User Terms and Privacy Policy, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, excluding its conflict of laws principles providing for the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
    2. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in connection with the EULA, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be exclusively settled by the courts of Sweden. The District Court of Malmö (Sw. Malmö tingsrätt) shall be the court of the first instance.

not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
and conversions to other media types.

“Work” shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work
(an example is provided in the Appendix below).

“Derivative Works” shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object
form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the
editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications
represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes
of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain
separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of,
the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

“Contribution” shall mean any work of authorship, including
the original version of the Work and any modifications or additions
to that Work or Derivative Works thereof, that is intentionally
submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work by the copyright owner
or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit on behalf of
the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition, “submitted”
means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to
communication on electronic mailing lists, source code control systems,
and issue tracking systems that are managed by, or on behalf of, the
Licensor for the purpose of discussing and improving the Work, but
excluding communication that is conspicuously marked or otherwise
designated in writing by the copyright owner as “Not a Contribution.”

“Contributor” shall mean Licensor and any individual or Legal Entity
on behalf of whom a Contribution has been received by Licensor and
    subsequently incorporated within the Work.

  2. Grant of Copyright License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
    worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
copyright license to reproduce, prepare Derivative Works of,
publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute the
Work and such Derivative Works in Source or Object form.

  3. Grant of Patent License. Subject to the terms and conditions of
this License, each Contributor hereby grants to You a perpetual,
    worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable
(except as stated in this section) patent license to make, have made,
use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work,
where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable
by such Contributor that are necessarily infringed by their
Contribution(s) alone or by combination of their Contribution(s)
with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was submitted. If You
institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work
or a Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct
or contributory patent infringement, then any patent licenses
granted to You under this License for that Work shall terminate
as of the date such litigation is filed.

  4. Redistribution. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the
Work or Derivative Works thereof in any medium, with or without
modifications, and in Source or Object form, provided that You
    meet the following conditions:

    (a) You must give any other recipients of the Work or
Derivative Works a copy of this License; and

    (b) You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices
stating that You changed the files; and

© You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works
that You distribute, all copyright, patent, trademark, and
attribution notices from the Source form of the Work,
excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of
    the Derivative Works; and

    (d) If the Work includes a “NOTICE” text file as part of its
distribution, then any Derivative Works that You distribute must
include a readable copy of the attribution notices contained
within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices that do not
pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one
of the following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed
as part of the Derivative Works; within the Source form or
documentation, if provided along with the Derivative Works; or,
within a display generated by the Derivative Works, if and
wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents
of the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and
do not modify the License. You may add Your own attribution
notices within Derivative Works that You distribute, alongside
or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work, provided
that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed
    as modifying the License.

You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and
may provide additional or different license terms and conditions
for use, reproduction, or distribution of Your modifications, or
for any such Derivative Works as a whole, provided Your use,
reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies with
the conditions stated in this License.

  5. Submission of Contributions. Unless You explicitly state otherwise,
any Contribution intentionally submitted for inclusion in the Work
by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and conditions of
this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify
the terms of any separate license agreement you may have executed
    with Licensor regarding such Contributions.

  6. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
origin of the Work and reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work (and each
Contributor provides its Contributions) on an “AS IS” BASIS,
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

  8. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all
other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  9. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability. While redistributing
the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

  1. Definitions.

“License” shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction,
and distribution as defined by Sections 1 through 9 of this document.

“Licensor” shall mean the copyright owner or entity authorized by
the copyright owner that is granting the License.

“Legal Entity” shall mean the union of the acting entity and all
other entities that control, are controlled by, or are under common
control with that entity. For the purposes of this definition,
“control” means (i) the power, direct or indirect, to cause the
direction or management of such entity, whether by contract or
otherwise, or (ii) ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the
outstanding shares, or (iii) beneficial ownership of such entity.

“You” (or “Your”) shall mean an individual or Legal Entity
exercising permissions granted by this License.

“Source” form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
including but not limited to software source code, documentation
    source, and configuration files.

“Object” form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
and conversions to other media types.

While redistributing
the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to offer,
and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity,
or other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this
License. However, in accepting such obligations, You may act only
on Your own behalf and on Your sole responsibility, not on behalf
of any other Contributor, and only if You agree to indemnify,
defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason
of your accepting any such warranty or additional liability.

available under the License, as indicated by a copyright notice that is included
in or attached to the work (an example is provided in the Appendix below).

“Derivative Works” shall mean any work, whether in Source or Object form, that
is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions,
annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an
original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works
shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by
name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.

“Contribution” shall mean any work of authorship, including the original version
of the Work and any modifications or additions to that Work or Derivative Works
thereof, that is intentionally submitted to Licensor for inclusion in the Work
by the copyright owner or by an individual or Legal Entity authorized to submit
on behalf of the copyright owner. For the purposes of this definition,
“submitted” means any form of electronic, verbal, or written communication sent
to the Licensor or its representatives, including but not limited to

  1. Grant of Copyright License.

  1. Grant of Patent License.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, each Contributor hereby
grants to You a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free,

made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer the Work, where
such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by such Contributor
that are necessarily infringed by their Contribution(s) alone or by combination
of their Contribution(s) with the Work to which such Contribution(s) was
submitted. If You institute patent litigation against any entity (including a
cross-claim or counterclaim in a lawsuit) alleging that the Work or a
Contribution incorporated within the Work constitutes direct or contributory
patent infringement, then any patent licenses granted to You under this License
for that Work shall terminate as of the date such litigation is filed.

  1. Redistribution.

You may reproduce and distribute copies of the Work or Derivative Works thereof

provided that You meet the following conditions:

You must give any other recipients of the Work or Derivative Works a copy of
this License; and
You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that You
changed the files; and
You must retain, in the Source form of any Derivative Works that You distribute,
all copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices from the Source form
of the Work, excluding those notices that do not pertain to any part of the
Derivative Works; and
If the Work includes a “NOTICE” text file as part of its distribution, then any
Derivative Works that You distribute must include a readable copy of the
attribution notices contained within such NOTICE file, excluding those notices
that do not pertain to any part of the Derivative Works, in at least one of the
following places: within a NOTICE text file distributed as part of the
Derivative Works; within the Source form or documentation, if provided along
with the Derivative Works; or, within a display generated by the Derivative
Works, if and wherever such third-party notices normally appear. The contents of
the NOTICE file are for informational purposes only and do not modify the
License. You may add Your own attribution notices within Derivative Works that
You distribute, alongside or as an addendum to the NOTICE text from the Work,
provided that such additional attribution notices cannot be construed as
modifying the License.
You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications and may provide
additional or different license terms and conditions for use, reproduction, or
distribution of Your modifications, or for any such Derivative Works as a whole,
provided Your use, reproduction, and distribution of the Work otherwise complies
with the conditions stated in this License.

  1. Submission of Contributions.

Unless You explicitly state otherwise, any Contribution intentionally submitted
for inclusion in the Work by You to the Licensor shall be under the terms and
conditions of this License, without any additional terms or conditions.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing herein shall supersede or modify the terms of
any separate license agreement you may have executed with Licensor regarding
such Contributions.

  1. Trademarks.

This License does not grant permission to use the trade names, trademarks,
service marks, or product names of the Licensor, except as required for
reasonable and customary use in describing the origin of the Work and
reproducing the content of the NOTICE file.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranty.

Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the
Work (and each Contributor provides its Contributions) on an “AS IS” BASIS,
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied,
including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of TITLE,
NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are
solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of using or
redistributing the Work and assume any risks associated with Your exercise of
permissions under this License.

  1. Limitation of Liability.

In no event and under no legal theory, whether in tort (including negligence),
contract, or otherwise, unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate
and grossly negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Contributor be
liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental,
or consequential damages of any character arising as a result of this License or
out of the use or inability to use the Work (including but not limited to
damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or
any and all other commercial damages or losses), even if such Contributor has
been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Accepting Warranty or Additional Liability.

While redistributing the Work or Derivative Works thereof, You may choose to
offer, and charge a fee for, acceptance of support, warranty, indemnity, or
other liability obligations and/or rights consistent with this License. However,
in accepting such obligations, You may act only on Your own behalf and on Your
sole responsibility, not on behalf of any other Contributor, and only if You
agree to indemnify, defend, and hold each Contributor harmless for any liability
incurred by, or claims asserted against, such Contributor by reason of your

APPENDIX: How to apply the Apache License to your work

To apply the Apache License to your work, attach the following boilerplate
notice, with the fields enclosed by brackets “[]” replaced with your own
identifying information. (Don’t include the brackets!) The text should be
enclosed in the appropriate comment syntax for the file format. We also
recommend that a file or class name and description of purpose be included on
the same “printed page” as the copyright notice for easier identification within
third-party archives.

NSTimer-Blocks

README

Extremely simple category on NSTimer which makes it able to use blocks.

HOW IT WORKS

I figure if you’re using a block, you probably won’t need to pass any userinfo object into the timer… you can get to whatever you need just from the block. So, I just hijack the +scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:target:selector:userInfo:repeats:class method and it’s brother -init..., setting it to use itself as the target, and to execute the class method +jdExecuteSimpleBlock: (which is part of the category) then pass the block you specify as the userInfo object which is then uses in the execute method. Pretty straightforward stuff.

HOW TO USE IT

Very simple:

[NSTimer scheduledTimerWithTimeInterval:2.0 block:^ { [someObj doSomething]; [someOtherObj doSomethingElse]; // ... etc ... } repeats:NO];

This may be overkill for most NSTimer operations… I mean, do you really have a need for a block? Couldn’t you use the selector methods? Sure you could… but sometimes it’s more elegant to use a block… so here you go.

Share your events with all of your contacts & friends (2)

Introducing the new meetings & Reminders "Snapshots" feature!

Introducing the new meetings & Reminders "Snapshots" feature! Modified on Thu 01 Dec at 10:26

We now introduce Meeting snapshots, where you can easily share a notification of a Meeting or Reminder to all your social networks. Snapshots is an easy way to share what's going on with your friends and colleagues. Even though the people you send a snapshot to can see the event information, like title and occasion, there is currently no way for them to join your event using Snapshots. They will have to create their own copy of the event. If you instead want to use the classical way of inviting people, just click the invite tab inside any reminder or meeting, and the people you invite will be able to join the event and see it in their own calendar.
